At the Palazzo Serbelloni, in Corso Venezia 16, for the Design Week 2019 Louis Vuitton with Objets Nomades.
The luxury French brand Louis Vuitton introduces its new Objets Nomades in the beautiful palazzo Serbelloni, under a sky of white lanterns: an unmissable address for the Milano Design Week 2019. The collection, born in 2012, is enhanced, year after year, by objects that hold the adventurous spirit of the brand founder, masterfully reinterpreted by the most talented designers of the last decates.
The collection has to this day 40 objects and boast collaborations with India Mahdavi, Tokujin Yoshioka, Raw Edges, Barber & Osgerby, Nendo, Maarten Baas, Patricia Urquiola, Marcel Wanders, Atelier Oï, Fernando and Umberto Campana. The Objets Nomades are the contemporary manifesto of being a nomad that identifies “the wanderer that has no permanent place”: the architecture of the travel, or the eternal wander, cannot be held into predetermined borders, the wait and the movement dictate the rules of the game. This explains the nature of the Vuitton nomad objects, marked by the being transformable, combinable and transportable.
